BGOUG Autumn Conference 2008

CALL FOR PAPERS

 

The Autumn Conference of the Bulgarian Oracle User Group will take place in hotel Perun in Bansko, one of the Bulgarian winter resorts.

 

The primary goal of the conference is to bring together Oracle developers, database administrators and users in order to exchange ideas and experience. During the year this proved to be a successful and fruitful approach. As a result, the number of attendants to BGOUG conferences increased significantly over time. The conference usually takes place in some tourist resort outside Sofia in order to create a more productive and relaxing environment. Now we expect at least 200 people to come to the conference.

 

For the conference we define the following areas of interest:

 

1.    Oracle database administration and database tuning

2.    Application development and application tuning

3.    Business Intelligence

4.    Oracle Applications

5.    Oracle technology general concepts

6.    Deploying and using Oracle-based products

7.    Business and Strategy

 

If you have a presentation related to any of these topics, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your proposition (the subject, the approximate duration and a short abstract) not later than September 1^st, 2008 to info@bgoug.org.
